I was introduced to this podcast by my friend who had lost 15 lbs. We have both been avid workout junkies, pushing ourselves everyday and trying to diet to lose the weight we wanted. Weight watchers, macros, low carb, pelotons etc etc nothing was working. When I finally saw she found something that worked I bit the bullet and started listening to the podcast (I haaaaaate podcasts, this is the first I have ever listened to!) I am currently on episode 22 and I am almost to my 10lb goal with the help of the yummy mummy mindset! Now I am pushing that goal to 15lbs and getting back to my wedding weight!
