Here’s the truth: my mom did everything “right.” She was the "Pinterest mom" before Pinterest existed—holidays, snacks, PTO, all of it. But she never put herself on the list. And the toll of that? It’s heartbreaking. I share what happened, why I believe we have to stop disappearing from our own lives, and how this work is about healing not just for us—but for generations.
