It sounds so well intentioned and it sounds so true.
But the thought "I mean I eat healthy like 80-90% of the time" is robbing you of what you want, IF what you want is losing weight for the last time.

Eating healthy 80% or 90% of the time DOESN'T WORK (except for that one slightly annoying friend of yours jkjk). 80-90% just does not work for most of us.

Eating healthy 99% of the time.
***BUT this only works when when we LIKE eating healthy.
***AND this only works if our definition of eating healthy is actually HEALTHY for our unique bodies.
In fact, when you LIKE eating healthy and the way you eat is ACTUALLY healthy for YOU, weight loss is EASY.

When you eat healthy 99% of the time your weight loss is effortless and permanent. And yes, there is still room for pizza. Trust me.
