Name 5 total reasons you want to lose weight for the last time. For each reason add a feeling- how will I feel if I can say yes to going down the waterslide with my daughter?
Am I willing to commit to my health, longevity and relationship with myself forever? Why? What will I do when I make a mistake? (hint: delicious discipline + look back with love)
What could get in the way of me following though on my word (these are called obstacles)? How will I solve for those things ahead of time (these are called strategies)? Name 3 obstacles and 3 strategies.
Day 1 Action Steps:
Pick your plan and pick your WHY!
1. Why do you want to lose weight for the last time?
2. How will you feel when you lose weight for the last time?
3. What will your plan be? No Sugar? No Flour? No snacks? No yummy mummy mumchies?
4. Will I commit to showing up live tomorrow?
